Back To School Supplies

In August 2018, a back to school fair was held at the Beardstown community center, where more than 200 kids and families received needed school supplies. JBS USA Beardstown team members donated approximately a combo box size amount of supplies to the event after a two week collection campaign launched at the plant. Additionally, in partnership with its local UFCW, the facility donated $600 worth of supplies. Everything was delivered on the morning of the event by Safety Pig and other team members who volunteered their personal time to assist in the fair.
